Medicom Toy x Eames Chogokin 200% Bearbrick

Here’s the latest in Medicom Toy‘s lineup for the summer.
This special Eams Chogokin 200% Bearbrick is made from Japanese “super” alloy. The yellow with black patterns you see is highly reflective on the works done by American designers/architects, Ray and Charles Eames. This Bearbrick comes in a limited release of only 700.

These are available on June 20th, 2010 at selected Medicom Retailers.

Medicom Toy x Fatlace 100% Bearbrick

Fatlace hooked up with Medicom Toy for their first ever Bearbrick collaboration! Sporting a flat black head and torso, accompanied by anodized like green and purple colored arms/legs. For those who have bought their Meister Fatlace Velocity watch pictured below, will get their Bearbrick soon. This Bearbrick is set to release this Tuesday, May 17th, 2010 on their Online Emporium store.

Medicom Toy Real Action Heroes: C-3PO and R2D2

Medicom Toy is often highly associated and known for the production of the Kubricks and Bearbricks. Although they produce these limited edition toys, they also produce scaled figures as well known as RAH or Real Action Heroes. With this new collection, they introduced us with two of the famous beloved Star Wars characters, C-3PO and R2D2. Highly detailed along with light up features as shown in the video below.

Just like Hot Toys, they’re on point with these figures. Pretty dope!

Undefeated 3rd Anniversary 100% Bearbrick Out Now

In celebration of UNDEFEATED Tokyo’s 3rd Anniversary, Medicom Toy and UNDEFEATED collaborated on a 3rd anniversary edition Bearbrick. These have been released today, May 1, 2010 at UNDEFEATED Japan. I’m not quite sure if it is available for purchase on their e-store as of yet.

Medicom Toy x Pepsi NEX x Paramount Japan – 70% Bearbrick

Medicom Toy collabs with Pepsi and Paramount Studios for movie licensed Bearbricks. Some of the licenses being used for these 70% Bearbricks include the following movie franchises: The Transformers, Shrek, Madagascar, Top Gun, Godfather, and even Beverly Hills Cop.

No specific date has been announced but they’re set to release sometime this month. Too bad it’s only a Pepsi Japan campaign.

Medicom Toy x Sponge Bob Squarepants 1000% Bearbrick

Spongebob fans unite! According to ToyBeast, a 1000% Bearbrick version of Spongebob Squarepants is set to be released in the near future. No official announcements or release dates have been made as of yet. A 100% and 400% versions have been released and the series wouldn’t be complete without a 1000% version. I’ll keep this post updated once details have been released.

Here’s a new photo with all the sizes together. 1000% rumored to drop around August.

Medicom X Chiaki Kuriyama X colette 1000% Bearbrick

Japanese actress, Chiaki Kuriyama along with Parisian boutique collete, teams up with Medicom again for another Bearbrick collabo. This time, Medicom is releasing a 1000% which consists of  metallic blue  with a see through body sporting the colette logo. This is set to release next month, on April 10, 2010 through select retailers.

Medicom X Anna Sui 400% Bearbrick

Fasion designer, Anna Sui has collaborated with Medicom once again; but this time on a 400% version of their famous Bearbrick. She previously worked with them on a 100% version. The Ann Sui 400% Bearbrick is set to drop next month, in April.
