iWant: Nike Air Jordan III Retro Black/Red Cements

Posted in Fashion, Sneakers with tags , , , , , , , on November 7, 2011 by prolifik1

Why does this have to release on Black Friday?

I’ve been retired from the shoe game, but I still want certain pairs of J’s without the hassle of lining up in some ridiculous line! It was so much easier back in the day when I had hooks. Well they were easy to cop in general back in the 90’s too.

I miss those days! 😛

Purchasing these will not only be a task, but a journey.  I think I’ll try getting them online, which is already tough!  We’ll see how this pans out. I easily want 2-3 pairs of these. Easily one of my favorite Jordans of all time!

Since the NBA is still locked, I know many of you, including myself already miss the NBA.  I’m sure a lot of the players do too!

Here are the Jordan Brand alums Dwyane Wade, Chris Paul, & Carmelo Anthony showing and expressing their love for the game.

Air Jordan 2011 Black/Black

Kinda hard for me to like these. Though it looks a lot better in this colorway than the previous colors posted a while back. They should of made it literally all black (make the inner tongue and that ugly mesh on the side black).

These are kinda growing on me, but I still wouldn’t cop at retail. lol Nike outlet for sure…

Umm Again? Black Cement Air Jordan III Retro

Posted in Kicks with tags , , , , , , , , , , on December 27, 2010 by prolifik1

Damn, what’s up with Jordan Brand? First they continue to give us modern day crappy signature shoes(See: Kicks Preview: Air Jordan 2011), now they’re going through old classics, re-retro’ing the hell out of them.

Once again, we’re going to be see the classic black/grey Cement III’s  which has been confirmed for the 2011 Holiday season, along with the re-re-re-retro of the Air Jordan XI Concords.

Man, real talk, I love these shoes to death, but Jordan Brand has been bringing us these classics with poor quality. The CDP III’s can’t compare to the retros I still have on ice from 2001. Not to mention the 01’s has the “Nike Air” on the back too.  I have a feeling these would be the same quality as the pair that came out not too long ago, if not, worse.

Oh well. I guess I can probably cop a pair to actually mess around with, like actually balling in them. Or wear them out to death without the worry of getting them scuffed.

It’s that time again! Jordan Brand brings a new signature Jordan shoe for 2011. I certainly have mixed thoughts.  I wasn’t quite fond of the 2010’s.  I believe they should preserve the legacy and have stopped at the XX3’s.

Retros is where it’s at Nike/Jordan Brand!  I feel they should just concentrate on that.   This looks more of a Team Jordan shoe version of the XI’s.  Anyone tend to agree?

Air Jordan XIII Retro Premio Bin 23

Posted in Fashion, Kicks with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on August 19, 2010 by prolifik1

Here’s another Air Jordan XIII Retro on its Luxury steez under the Premio Bin 23 Line. Notice, the continue use of the wax style stamp on the tongue as seen on other models under the Premio Bin 23 series.

I have to admit, Jordan Brand has gone down hill, but this color is pretty damn dope. I’m feeling it! The XIII’s are one of my favorite Air Jordans of all time. The Flints of course!

These are slated to drop this Saturday, August 21, 2010 at selected Jordan Brand accounts.

I won’t get into it, but this could be inspiration for many! Maybe that big attention whore could of learned something since he wanted to be like MJ.

This shit speaks truth!
