Why does this have to release on Black Friday?
I’ve been retired from the shoe game, but I still want certain pairs of J’s without the hassle of lining up in some ridiculous line! It was so much easier back in the day when I had hooks. Well they were easy to cop in general back in the 90’s too.
I miss those days! 😛
Purchasing these will not only be a task, but a journey. I think I’ll try getting them online, which is already tough! We’ll see how this pans out. I easily want 2-3 pairs of these. Easily one of my favorite Jordans of all time!

The Illest shop in Little Tokyo, L.A. just went through a remodel. The new shop layout looks good! The original layout had a lot of room to play with, I’m happy to see them make use of it.
It has me tempted to hit up the shop this week now.

Ah, wish I had the funds to just bid whatever on theses so I could own a pair. The prices will be ridiculous once these auctions are over!

A true visionary in the street wear industry has passed. Co-owner of Lifted Research Group (LRG), Jonas Bevacqua, 33, was found dead in Los Angeles this morning. No details have been released on the reason of his passing.
His contribution of style in the creation of LRG will always be respected by me. I was down with the brand from the beginning in 1999 going to college in Irvine, not too far from where Jonas and Robert had started the clothing line. They kept bringing the heat for a good decade. Dope designs after another. His visions will be truly missed and will truly be remembered. My prayers and condolences go out to the Bevacqua and LRG family.

Though it looks a lot better in this colorway than the previous colors posted a while back. They should of made it literally all black (make the inner tongue and that ugly mesh on the side black).
